Este festival es una tradición de la comunidad indígena y católica de Bolivia y se realiza en el cementerio de La Paz. Se celebra el 8 de noviembre y consiste en venerar cráneos humanos como un agradecimiento a los difuntos por los favores que realizan. Algunos cráneos o las 'Ñatitas' como se les nombra en la región, son decorados con cigarillos, flores, dulces, pinturas o objetos personales de las familias.
