Así es la vida en las cárceles de Sierra Leona
La Comisión de Derechos Humanos de Sierra Leona arremetió contra los programas de rehabilitación en las cárceles del país y los tildó de “inhumanos” por las condiciones de hacinamiento, inseguridad e insalubridad en las que conviven los reclusos.
